This concept is 576 sq ft and features one bedroom, walk-in closet with laundry, zero entry shower, with open concept kitchen and living room on the upper level. The lower level includes an open carport with an attached single car garage.

The total footprint is small at just 28’ x 30’, which will help open up opportunities for small infill lots as well as use as an accessory dwelling.
